Take 2

Workshop

Fall In Love (Again)

Falling in love is the easy part. The challenge for many couples is cultivating a fulfilling and lasting relationship. Ever felt like you want to press the rewind button or have a relationship do-over? This is your opportunity to return to each other.

The Take 2 Workshop defines the difficulties of intimate relationships. It shines a light on why we are attracted to the person we are in love with and why that relationship can sometimes become so painful. We count on our relationships to help us heal, yet they can, over time, start to feel like they are beyond repair. We get stuck in our habitual patterns—trapped in a merry-go-round of struggle. When we work together in a healthy way to understand how these patterns came to be, we can help each other move beyond them.

The Fuel That Evolves A Relationship Is The REAL Self.

To experience love, we must risk being REAL to allow ourselves to be deeply seen and known by our partners. None of us are perfect, and it is in revealing our mutual imperfections and becoming vulnerable that we expand our capacity for love.

Be Your Partner’s Soft Place To Land

This workshop will expand the love and appreciation you have for your partner, as well as reveal important dimensions of yourself. You will learn from other couples’ struggles and stories, wins and breakthroughs, and leave with a crafted and committed plan to continue expanding your capacity for intimacy.
