The Rude Awakening
The Rude Awakening is known as Clearmind’s mind, body and soul boot-camp and continues to be our most popular workshop – often selling out a year in advance.
The Rude is an exciting, transformative two-week purpose-driven experience with people from all around the world. Friendships formed at the Rude Awakening are lifelong.
We are constantly teaching those around us what we believe about ourselves, others, and the world. More often than not, we complain about not ‘getting’ the results that we want. However, life organizes itself around what we put into it. Taking responsibility for our own experience and the impact you have on others is empowering. Who you are and what you naturally extend to others will come back to you and determine how you feel.
The Rude Awakening delves deeply into what we extend ourselves into the world, who we choose to be, and what impact we are committed towards contributing to in our lives.
what will i discover?
Purpose, passion, and your special function. A Course in Miracles states that all of us have a ‘special function’, a particular and unique life purpose. Each of us is perfectly shaped by our history for the adventure we are meant to live out. It is through embracing our unique function that anxiety transforms into excitement and passion, depression becomes purpose and compassion. Pain becomes purpose.
This result-orientated intensive program provides a rare opportunity to address lifelong issues, come out the other side, and leave with greater vitality, committed to a concrete year plan.
what can i expect?
The relationships formed with other participants, assistants, and facilitators are deep and allows a more thorough experience of pioneering a path to the levels of defense in your psyche. You will experience an alarmingly honest and spectacular view of your inner self and your intimate purpose beyond yourself.
The workshop is structured with five days on, then the weekend off, and then back on again for the last five days. The weekend between is an opportunity to explore your surroundings as well as have a more adventurous optional activity together.
There will be some free time in the afternoons to relax, meditate, and enjoy the Goldcoast Hotel & Golf Resort and Dungarvan Bay. The hotel amenities include a pool, steam room and sauna. (Kindly note the facilities are also open to other guests.)
In Canada, our facilitators are educated and registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and/or the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists, and/or the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.
International Facilitators are similarly educated and trained in their respective jurisdictions. Workshop assistants, who work under the direction of the facilitators, receive in-house training in responsible, ethical delivery of service. We adhere to our own Code of Ethics, as well as those of our associations.
Food and Accommodations
The Gold Coast Resort Dungarvan is located in the sunny southeast of Ireland and overlooks the dramatic seascape of the West Waterford coastline. Dungarvan is a bustling seaside town with many amenities.
The majority of the accommodation is single occupancy whenever possible, if you have a preference please let us know. Couples attending together, will be roomed together if that is your wish. If you are attending with someone you know and would like to share with them, please let us know.
Meals will have a non-vegetarian and a vegan/gluten free option. Coffee/ tea and water are available. Rooms are also self-catering facilities with fridge/cooker/microwave/clothes washing facilities etc so feel free to bring particular snacks/drinks if you so wish.
Please inform us of any major medical allergies and express your preference for the non-vegetarian or vegan/gluten free when you book.

FEE (In CAD):
The cost of the workshop is $5700 plus tax, $5985 in total. This includes the tuition, food, and accommodation. A receipt will be e-mailed to you after your final payment.
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 is included in the registration and required to secure your spot. Balance is due prior to the start of the workshop.
